An energy utility are looking for an energy analyst to join their commercial Energy team to carry out analytical support in designing and initiating hedges across gas and power.

Candidate requirements for the energy analyst role:

• A degree in economics or numerical discipline
• Experience of knowledge of the energy industry preferred
• Ability to create financial models and complex spreadsheets for the purposes of modelling of relevant hedging strategies (Excel and VBA packages)
