Global specialist energy focused consultancy is looking for a Head of Research and Trading Analytics. This management position requires an excellent knowledge of the energy marketplace, outstanding communication and leadership skills and an entrepreneurial vision to lead a young and dynamic multinational team, develop new business opportunities and assist in shaping the future direction of the company and underlying strategy

Ideal candidate will have:

• 7+ years of experience in the energy markets
• Master degree in finance, economics or mathematics with strong academic record
• Outstanding analytical skills, with an innovative and creative spirit
• 5+ years management experience, strong leadership skills and proven success at leading teams of 5+ people
• Excellent written and spoken English with multi-lingual skills and international experience being advantageous
