For one of our prestigious clients, we are looking for a Mid Office Officer to be part of a small and dynamic team of a Trading company in Geneva

In this challenging position, you will be reporting to the CFO and will be required to do various tasks such as:

• Daily trading P&L generation and analysis
• Cost verification with operations and accounting
• Verification of position including Futures/ OTC activity/ Physical balance and Control of the global risk position
• Daily pricing exposure reconciliation with trader
• Close liaison with Risk Manager on in-house system developments
• Contact with Risk Manager for future implementation of Risk measurements (VAR)
• Responsible for monthly translation into accounting of trading results

Candidate Profile:

• Proactive & able to work independently
• University degree
• 3-5 years experience in middle office ideally in a Commodity company
• Very good communication skills
• Excellent analytical & problem solving skills
• Excellent computer skills (IT trading system experience is a must)
• Perfectly fluent in French & English
