Hedge fund freedom without hedge fund risk.
Major Merchant Energy Trader needs 2-3 senior prop.traders.

Power and/or Carbon/Emissions marketmaking + unrestricted global proprietary trading: any commodity/hybrid, any market, any instrument, any strategy.
My client's rapid expansion has created the need for additional senior prop.traders to create liquidity and make/take profits on it.
They ideally want very strong Emissions (so to speak) and very strong Electricity (e.g., Enron, etc), but will consider related trading.
Optionally, the client would like to place several traders under each prop.trader -- this is not necessary if the trader would prefer to work alone.
The prop.trading mandate is genuinely unrestricted. VAR is the only real limit and will be individually negotiated based on track-record and persuasiveness of particular ideas.
