For one of our prestigious clients in Switzerland, we are looking for a Senior Trade Finance Officer. In this very challenging position where you will be part of a dynamic team, you will be responsible for the financing of Trade Finance deals in a timely manner.

Main Responsibilities - Opening of import letters of credit based on contracts, handling of amendments and checking of negotiations under letters of credit. - Handling of export transactions including checking of received letters of credit, amendments requests, and presentation of documents in utilization of letters of credit. - LC confirmation or discounting. - Follow-up of invoice settlements under export letters of credit. - Dispatch of the shipping documents under the counterparts. - Handling of Stand-By Letter of Credits, Bid-bonds, Performance bonds, Guarantees. Profile The candidate must have a solid experience on the African markets, to start with the West coast region (Nigeria, Ghana, Cameroun, Senegal, etc.). English is mandatory. French and other languages are a plus. 5 years experience is a minimum.
